VISION

History and vision

After many years in senior positions in the capital market and financial entities, and after accumulating an impressive track record, Eti Langermann and Ori Mor founded Mor Langermann in 2015, and since then they have leveraged their unique experience and in-depth knowledge of real estate and finance to benefit their clients.

Together with Eti and Ori the firm has a quality team of top executives, experts and professionals in Israel, all with extensive experience and a proven track record of success, who together produce a holistic package of solutions and meet the full range of clients’ financial needs – equity, debt and cash, banks, funds, institutional or private entities, in Israel and abroad.

We lead and manage financing and fundraising processes at all stages: from in-depth study of the client, through the delineation of the transaction structure, building a strategy for negotiating with financing factors and selecting investors.

The success of the client is measured by the effective realization of the transaction and by ensuring ongoing and constructive engagement with the investors over time, even after the completion of the transaction, from a long-term perspective and maintaining the client’s best interests first and foremost.
